Qualifications

• High school diploma; relevant training is a plus.
• Positive attitude and genuine love for connecting with people.
• Experience as a Barista or in customer service preferred.
• Knowledge of sanitation regulations required.
• Basic math skills for transactions.
• Ability to gauge customer preferences and upsell thoughtfully.
• Excellent communication and flexible scheduling abilities.
• Food handler certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Beverage preparation and crafting espresso-based drinks and teas.
• Greet customers and provide outstanding service.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station.
• Process payments via credit card and cash accurately.
• Follow health and safety guidelines for food handling.
• Restock ingredients and keep work areas tidy.
• Support kitchen staff and baristas during peak hours.
• Assist with to-go and delivery orders as needed.
