Chase is seeking an Associate Banker in the United States to represent our brand with hospitality and deliver exceptional client experiences using advanced banking technology. You will welcome clients, assist with account openings, and guide them in digital tools such as the Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.

You will work with the branch team to build trusted relationships, understand client needs, and ensure compliance with banking regulations.

Responsibilities

• Exceed client expectations by providing account servicing, maintenance, and opening new accounts while adhering to policies and regulatory requirements.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking and digital options like Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Build meaningful relationships by listening, asking questions, and sharing product knowledge with the team to meet financial goals.
• Perform branch operations and cash-related tasks in line with bank policies and procedures.
