Associated Bank is looking for a frontline associate to serve customers in a branch setting. You will handle transactions, promote banking products, and support daily office operations with a focus on accuracy and courtesy.

Qualifikationen

• High School or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
• Less than 2 years of demonstrated customer service, cash handling and computer skills.

Aufgaben

• Assist customers with cashing checks, deposits and withdrawals, and loan/credit card payments following policy.
• Balance and prove cash daily, verify signatures and endorsements, and maintain accurate records.
• Promote bank products and refer customers to colleagues for financial solutions.
• Maintain a professional, organized office environment and support branch fellow colleagues.
