Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalency.
• 1+ year of customer service experience.
• Certified Forklift Operator.
• Tile industry knowledge preferred.
• 3+ years of warehouse experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Pull/assemble customer orders and check outbound orders for accuracy.
• Receive inbound material and process shipments, stock material, and handle returns.
• Operate forklift equipment and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Provide customer account management, order status, pricing, and inquiries.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve order issues from entry to delivery.
