Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong communication and listening skills; detail oriented; knowledge of basic math; strong interpersonal skills; service oriented.
• Must be able to utilize multiple Microsoft Office products and web-based applications simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and accurate, efficient processing of daily teller transactions.
• Identify needs-based opportunities and refer customers to Bankers and other bank areas to meet financial needs.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to bank policies and security procedures.
• Demonstrate teamwork and represent INTRUST Bank positively in the community.
