Job summary

Citizens Bank is hiring a Customer Teller in New Hampshire. You’ll greet customers, guide them through using our mobile app and ATMs, and complete transactions with care. This role emphasizes personalized service, cash handling, and connecting customers to Bankers for next steps.

You will learn Citizens products and benefits and help customers achieve their financial goals. Hours are full-time, with weekends/evenings as needed.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 6 months experience processing transactions (cash and/or digital payments).
• Minimum of 1 year demonstrated customer experience, recommending and referring products and services to customers.
• Strong listening and communication skills.
• Ability to identify needs to develop long-term customer relationships.
• Comfortable with using digital technology.
• Ability to work branch hours, including weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in lobbies and demonstrate how to use the mobile app or ATMs.
• Provide personalized advice and connect customers to Bankers for the next step.
• Educate customers on Citizens products and benefits and respond to questions and concerns.
• Follow all financial policies and cash handling procedures.
