Job summary

Frost is seeking a Teller to be the first point of contact for customers, delivering friendly and accurate service while handling cash and transactions. You will balance cash drawers, process transfers, and maintain security and accuracy in daily operations.

The role emphasizes integrity, care for customers, and a commitment to Frost’s banking standards, with a schedule that includes Monday–Friday hours and rotating Saturdays.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to deliver friendly, accurate customer support.
• Experience handling cash transactions and balancing cash drawer.
• Proficient with common Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and teller services that meet performance standards.
• Perform daily credit and debit transactions in line with bank policies.
• Maintain cash on hand and prepare daily settlements of teller cash and proofs.
• Process change orders, wire transfers, and exchange negotiable instruments.
• Manage risk and actively participate in loss prevention.
• Use critical-thinking, accuracy, and efficiency in daily tasks.
• Act with integrity, care, and excellence to achieve all-win outcomes.
