Frost is seeking a Teller - Floater to be the first point of contact for customers, delivering the kind of banking experience that builds trust and relationships. You’ll handle transactions, follow bank policies, and support daily settlement with accuracy and care.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Cash-handling experience.
• Availability Monday–Friday 7:00am–6:30pm with Saturdays 8:30am–1:30pm.
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and teller services that meet consumer banking standards.
• Perform daily credit and debit transactions in compliance with bank policies.
• Maintain proper cash on hand and settle teller cash receipts.
• Fill change orders, wire transfers, and bankcard advances; exchange negotiable instruments.
• Manage risk while practicing loss prevention.
• Utilize critical-thinking skills and demonstrate accuracy and efficiency.
• Act with integrity, caring, and excellence to achieve best outcomes.
