Qualifications

• Cash handling experience required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft applications (MS Word/Excel).
• Availability Monday–Friday, 7am–6:30pm with Saturdays, 8:30am–1:30pm.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and teller transactions in accordance with policies.
• Perform daily credit and debit transactions accurately and securely.
• Maintain cash on hand and complete daily settlement of teller cash and proofs.
• Process change orders, wire transfers, and negotiable instruments when needed.
• Assist with risk management and loss prevention activities.
• Apply critical-thinking to ensure accurate, efficient service.
