Job summary

Frost Bank is seeking a friendly and reliable Teller to be the first point of contact for customers in Grapevine, TX. You will provide friendly service, process routine transactions, and help customers with routine banking needs while upholding Frost’s standards of integrity and accuracy.

As a Teller, you will handle cash, complete daily settlements, and assist with transactions like wire transfers and changes while maintaining security and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Availability: Monday–Friday, 7:45am–6:15pm with rotating Saturdays.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Cash-handling experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and teller services that meet performance standards.
• Process daily credit and debit transactions per bank policies.
• Maintain cash on hand and settle teller cash daily.
• Handle wire transfers, change orders, and negotiable instruments.
• Maintain risk controls and practice loss prevention.

What you’ll do

• Provide exceptional customer service and teller services that consistently meet consumer banking performance standards
• Perform daily credit and debit transactions in compliance with established bank policies and procedures
• Maintain proper cash on hand and prepare daily settlement of teller cash and proof transactions
• Fill change order requests, wire transfers, and bankcard advances and exchange negotiable instruments
• Manage risk while actively practicing loss prevention
• Utilize critical-thinking skills and have a thirst for knowledge, accuracy, and efficiency
• Always take action using Integrity, Caring, and Excellence to achieve all-win outcomes

What you’ll need

• Required Availability: Monday-Friday, 7:45am–6:15pm with Rotating Saturdays, 8:45am–1:15pm
• Additional Preferred Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Next-level customer service skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications
• Cash-handling experience
