Job summary

Best Buy is hiring a Retail Sales Associate to be the face of the brand in Bay Shore, NY. You’ll learn to confidently recommend tech products and services, helping customers find exactly what they need while delivering friendly, personalized service in a fast-paced retail setting.

The role focuses on hands-on product demonstrations, answering questions, and guiding customers through purchases, returns, and exchanges.

Qualifications

• 3 months of experience working in retail or another fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage with customers in a warm, friendly manner.
• Perform product demos, answer questions and make recommendations that meet customers’ needs across all departments.
• Complete cashier duties for purchases, returns and exchanges.
• Maintain appropriate knowledge and expertise through ongoing learning and development.
• Help keep the sales floor clean and well stocked.
• Assist with in-store pickup and curbside pickup orders.
