Best Buy in New York is seeking a part-time Retail Sales Associate to be the friendly face customers see in our stores. You will learn to confidently recommend tech products and services to meet each person’s unique needs.

In this role you will welcome customers, demonstrate products, handle cashier duties, and help keep the sales floor stocked. You will join a supportive team that values growth, learning, and a positive customer experience.

Qualifications

• 3 months of experience working in retail or another fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage with customers in a warm, friendly manner.
• Perform product demos, answer questions and make recommendations that meet customers’ needs across all departments.
• Complete cashier duties for purchases, returns and exchanges.
• Maintain appropriate knowledge and expertise through ongoing learning and development.
• Help keep the sales floor clean and well stocked.
• Assist with in-store pickup and curbside pickup orders.
