Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service leadership and operate cash registers to itemize purchases.
• Open and close the store at least two days per week.
• Assist Store Manager with scheduling, training, safety meetings, and policy compliance.
• Manage merchandise flow: receiving, stocking, rotating, and displays.
• Maintain inventory accuracy, damages, markdowns, scans, and paperwork.
• Implement and maintain planograms per Store Manager direction.
• Ensure cash control, refunds, overrides, and deposits meet financial policies.
• Assist in store leadership during Store Manager absence.
