World Market in Bedford, NH is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead a high-performance team and drive sales while upholding our brand values. You will partner with the Store Manager to deliver exceptional customer experiences and maintain daily operations.

The role requires proven leadership in fast-paced retail, strong communication, coaching, and the ability to prioritize tasks, train and develop staff, and enforce loss prevention and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2+ years of leadership experience in a fast-paced specialty retail environment.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Proven ability to coach and develop a high-performance team.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performance team in partnership with the Store Manager.
• Model a customer-first selling culture and drive customer loyalty initiatives.
• Analyze business trends and reports to identify opportunities and take action.
• Maintain brand values, policies, and operational standards.
• Plan daily tasks and duties for the store when the Store Manager is absent.
