World Market in Hacienda Crossing is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead a high-performing team, drive sales and profitability, and uphold brand standards. You will partner with the Store Manager across Customer Experience, Freight Flow, Operations and Merchandising to execute daily priorities.

The role requires coaching, strong communication, and a flexible schedule including nights and weekends, with opportunities for career growth. Compensation includes benefits and a 401(k) plan.

• Ability to coach associates on the floor in real time.
