Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of leadership experience in a fast-paced specialty retail selling culture.

Responsibilities

• Lead freight flow and daily priorities with the Store Manager.
• Develop and coach a high-performance team while upholding company values.
• Ensure Loss Prevention, stockroom organization, and inventory controls.
• Drive sales and profitability with a customer-first selling culture.
• Plan freight processing and scheduling with Store Manager.
