Job summary

Qualifications

• Prompt and courteous customer service.
• Ability to operate store equipment (cash registers, floor scrubber, baler, pallet jacks, handheld devices, computers).
• Ability to interpret and apply ALDI operating policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Models and fulfills customer service principles and escalates concerns to store management.
• Informs management of loss due to outdated or damaged products.
• Uses POS system to scan and process purchases and reports scanning issues.
