Job summary

ALDI USA is seeking a diligent Store Associate in Illinois to help merchandise, stock products, cashier transactions, and keep the store clean. You will work with the ALDI team to enhance the customer shopping experience and deliver outstanding service.

The role is full-time with 30+ hours per week and starting wage of $18.50 per hour, with annual increases in years 2–5. Benefits include health insurance and paid time off, among others.

Qualifications

• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Ability to operate all store equipment such as cash registers, etc.
• Ability to follow instructions and pay attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise and stock products to maintain store appearance.
• Operate the POS system to scan and process purchases.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers as needed.
• Assist with curbside pickup orders and ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in the store.
