Job summary

Richmond Ford in Glen Allen, VA is seeking a Service Advisor to greet customers, gather vehicle information, and recommend maintenance based on age, mileage, and history. You will prepare estimates, price labor and parts, and clearly explain repairs to customers.

Ideal candidates have 1 year in a service department and a positive, team-oriented attitude. Ford dealership experience is a plus; on-site position with flexible hours and benefits.

Qualifications

• Positive, friendly "can-do" customer service attitude.
• Minimum of 1 year in service department or related role.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Previous experience at a Ford dealership is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and obtain vehicle information.
• Clearly report vehicle symptoms as described by customer.
• Determine maintenance needs based on age, mileage, and history.
• Prepare complete and accurate estimates of labor and parts.
• Explain completed work and charges to customers.
• Collaborate with technicians and other staff to ensure customer satisfaction.
