Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by engaging with our customers through friendly and genuine service to meet their needs.
• Ask open-ended questions and use your product knowledge to make thoughtful recommendations as you actively sell.
• Support visual merchandising and replenishment to maintain a neat, tidy, and inviting presentation.
• Leverage campaigns and services (new items, promotions, membership, ship-to-home) to boost sales.
• Use training tools to stay informed on products and services and enhance customer experience.
• Protect company assets by adhering to inventory and loss prevention standards.
• Work on the selling floor; prolonged standing, bending, lifting, and climbing may be required.
