Responsibilities

Create a welcoming environment by engaging with customers through friendly and genuine service to meet their needs.

Ensure a vibrant store by supporting store visual merchandising & replenishment standards, keeping presentation neat and inviting.
Leverage campaigns and services such as new item launches, promotions, membership, ship-to-home, etc.
Use training tools to educate yourself on products and services and share knowledge with customers.
Protect company assets by following inventory and loss prevention procedures.
Work on the selling floor, requiring physical activity (standing, bending, lifting).
