Paper Source, Inc. in Lynnfield, MA is seeking a part-time Sales Associate who delivers friendly, genuine customer service and helps customers select gifts, cards, and wrapping. You will create inviting displays and stay informed about promotions to drive sales on the floor.

You will maintain a neat, welcoming environment, leveraging product knowledge and store campaigns while providing an excellent shopping experience for every guest.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by engaging with our customers through friendly and genuine service to meet their needs.
• Ask open-ended questions and use your product knowledge to make thoughtful recommendations as you actively sell.
• Ensure a vibrant store by supporting store visual merchandising & replenishment standards, showing a commitment to maintaining a neat, tidy, shoppable and inviting presentation.
• Leverage key campaigns and services, such as new item launches, promotions, membership, ship-to-home, etc.
• Leverage training and communication tools to educate yourself on our products and services, supporting the store with this knowledge to give customers a great experience when they visit and shop.
• Protect company assets by adhering to all inventory and loss prevention standards, properly completing any inventories and initiatives.
• Work on the selling floor, which requires physical activity (i.e., prolonged standing, repetitive bending, lifting, climbing)
