Job summary

Cavender’s is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver Best of the WEST customer service by helping customers find products, maintaining product knowledge, and supporting store operations and policies.

You will greet customers, build relationships, and use effective selling techniques while keeping displays stocked and the store neat. Duties include merchandising updates and assisting with inventory tasks.

• Assist customers with product selection and locating merchandise.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor and stock displays.
• Ensure merchandise is displayed and stocked according to standards.
• Report safety concerns to store management and follow policies.
• Attend to merchandising updates, price changes, and inventory tasks.
• Other duties as assigned.
