• Provide exceptional customer service and build customer relationships in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Effectively sell merchandise while achieving individual and store performance goals.
• Regularly lift, move, and position merchandise throughout the shift.
• Safely use store equipment and devices in accordance with company policies.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Best of the WEST customer service by greeting every customer and engaging with them throughout their shopping experience.
• Build customer relationships by identifying needs, recommending products, and providing personalized service.
• Use effective selling techniques to maximize sales opportunities while maintaining a customer-first approach.
• Maintain knowledge of merchandise, promotions, and current Western and workwear trends.
• Assist customers with product selection, special orders, and locating merchandise throughout the store.
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor through stocking and housekeeping tasks.
• Ensure merchandise is displayed, signed, stocked, and located according to company standards.
• Report to work on time and follow all company policies and procedures.
