Job summary

Cavender’s in the United States is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver Best of the WEST customer service by greeting customers, building relationships, and helping them find products that meet their needs. You will maintain product knowledge and use effective selling techniques while supporting daily store operations and upholding company policies.

You will stock displays, keep the sales floor organized, assist with merchandising updates, and ensure merchandise is properly displayed.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Best of the WEST customer service by greeting customers and guiding them through their shopping experience.
• Build relationships by identifying needs, recommending products, and providing knowledgeable service.
• Use effective selling techniques to maximize sales while keeping a customer-first approach.
• Maintain knowledge of merchandise, promotions, and current Western/workwear trends.
• Assist with product selection, special orders, and locating items in the store.
• Stock merchandise, recover displays, and perform housekeeping to keep the floor appealing.
• Ensure displays are signed, stocked, and located according to standards.
• Stay attentive to store safety and report any concerns to management.
• Report to work on time and maintain a neat, professional appearance.
• Follow all company policies and procedures and participate in merchandising updates.
