Job summary

Cavender’s is hiring a Sales Associate to deliver Best of the WEST customer service. You will greet customers, identify needs, and guide them to products while building relationships and maintaining product knowledge.

The role supports merchandising updates and daily store operations in a fast-paced western/workwear retail setting. You will be expected to maintain a neat, organized sales floor, comply with policies, and demonstrate strong teamwork, communication, and a flexible schedule

Qualifications

• Exceptional customer service and relationship-building in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Ability to effectively sell merchandise while meeting individual and store goals.
• Willingness to lift, move, and position merchandise as part of daily tasks.
• Read and understand instructions and follow store policies.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Best of the WEST customer service by greeting customers and guiding them through their shopping experience.
• Identify customer needs, recommend products, and provide knowledgeable, personalized service.
• Maintain knowledge of merchandise, promotions, and current Western and workwear trends.
• Support store operations including merchandising updates, price changes, and inventory tasks.
