The role requires a positive, team-oriented attitude, clear communication, and the ability to adapt to a busy retail environment. Starting hourly pay is around $18.75 with benefits based on hours worked.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment through friendly, genuine service to meet customer needs.
• Ask open-ended questions and use product knowledge to make thoughtful recommendations while actively selling.
• Support visual merchandising and replenishment to keep the store neat, tidy, and inviting.
• Leverage campaigns and services (new item launches, promotions, memberships, ship-to-home).
• Continue learning with training tools (Cognition, Paper reSource, InsidePS) to enhance customer experience.
• Protect company assets by following inventory and loss prevention standards.
• Work on the selling floor, which includes physical activity like standing, bending, lifting, and climbing.
