Job summary

Goodwill Industries of Middle Tennessee, Inc. seeks a part-time Retail Sales Floor Associate to support a positive shopper experience by maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment during assigned shifts.

You will greet shoppers, process transactions, and assist with merchandising while upholding Goodwill’s mission of Changing Lives through Education, Training, and Employment. You will report to store management and collaborate with team members to ensure the store runs

Qualifications

• Comfortable standing for extended periods and lifting supplies as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist shoppers with questions, product location, and checkout needs in a courteous manner.
• Process POS transactions accurately and maintain a smooth customer flow at the front end.
• Support shelf replenishment, merchandising, and store readiness to ensure a clean, organized shopping environment.
