Qualified applicants should have a high school diploma or GED, strong communication, organizational skills, and basic math. This is an hourly full-time position with benefits and a monthly bonus opportunity.

Qualifications

• No degree required; High School Diploma/GED preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with co-workers, customers, and management.
• Must be organized and able to interact with a diverse work population.
• Basic math skills include addition, subtraction, multiplication and division.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist on sales floor; answer phone with a professional greeting within three rings.
• Operate cash register; handle cash, credit card transactions, discounts, returns, and balancing.
• Stock, straighten, rotate, and maintain cleanliness of the store area.
• Request assistance from managers for returns, exchanges, and customer complaints.
• Maintain store cleanliness and professional appearance; follow dress code.
• Establish and maintain positive relationships with team members and leadership; work cross-functionally.
• Follow safe work practices and keep aisles and walkways clear of hazards.
• Protect agency assets from harm, report theft or incidents.
• All other duties as assigned.
