Job summary

ALDI USA is seeking a Store Associate to support merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and store cleanliness. This role emphasizes excellent customer service and collaboration with ALDI teammates to provide a smooth shopping experience.

The position is full-time with an average of 30+ hours per week, starting wage at $18.50 per hour and scheduled wage increases through Year 5. Full-time benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and paid holidays.

Qualifications

• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Ability to operate store equipment including POS systems and cash handling.
• Ability to follow policies and procedures and meet availability requirements.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise and stock product, cashier duties, and maintain store cleanliness.
• Assist with curbside pickup orders and ensure timely delivery to customers’ vehicles.
• Follow merchandising planograms and stock shelves neatly to maximize sales.
• Maintain zone and merchandising standards and assist management to reach efficiency goals.
• Support loss prevention efforts and adhere to safety policies and practices.
