Job summary

ALDI USA is seeking a store associate to help merchandise, stock, cashier, and keep the store clean. You will work with the ALDI team to provide exceptional customer service and enhance the shopping experience in a fast-paced environment.

The role offers full-time hours, starting at $21.00 per hour with scheduled increases over five years. Average hours are 30+ per week, with benefits available for eligible employees.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise and stock products and follow merchandising plans.
• Operate POS system to scan items and process purchases.
• Assist customers with questions and provide courteous service.
• Maintain store cleanliness and safety, and follow policies.
• Open additional checkout lanes as needed for efficiency.
• Assist with curbside orders and stock replenishment.
• Adhere to inventory procedures and loss-prevention guidelines.
