Qualifications

• Must be able to use a computer and input information.
• Experience with common retail devices (phones, tablets) preferred.
• Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills required.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe's and deliver friendly, professional service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise.
• Stock shelves by identifying empty spaces and replenishing supplies.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately to ensure on-time pickup/delivery.
• Cross-train in other store areas to support customer service.
• Prepare department merchandise per customer needs (e.g., tint paint, cut pipe, cut wood).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
