Qualifications

• No prior experience required.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and respond to questions in a polite, professional manner.
• Identify and fulfill customer orders promptly to ensure accuracy and freshness.
• Operate front-end scanning equipment and register, bag merchandise efficiently.
• Contact customers by phone to address questions or concerns.
• Operate console and picker devices to ensure accuracy during transactions.
• Maintain knowledge of weekly ads, promotions, and store layout to assist customers.
• Ensure accurate transactions and proper cash handling, including discounts and coupons.
• Follow store and legal guidelines for tobacco and alcohol sales.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the department and work areas.
• Cooperate with coworkers to ensure smooth department and store operations.
• Follow PPE usage and safety guidelines; assist in other departments if needed.
