Job summary

Weis Markets is seeking a Customer Experience Associate at our Hamlin Township location. You will greet customers, answer questions, and help resolve concerns while operating the front-end POS and bagging merchandise efficiently.

Qualifications

• Education and/or experience completed or working towards a High School Diploma or GED.
• No prior experience required.

Responsibilities

• Greets customers, answers questions, and resolves concerns promptly in a polite manner.
• Operates front-end scanning equipment and cash register; bags merchandise efficiently.
• Ensures accurate transaction processing and proper cash handling, checks, and coupons.
• Maintains knowledge of weekly ads and promotions to answer questions.
• Maintains sanitation and adheres to health and OSHA requirements in the department.
• Collaborates with coworkers and supervisors to ensure smooth department operation.
