Job summary

Daiso USA is seeking a Store Sales Associate who can greet customers, answer questions, identify needs, and promote products. A positive attitude helps resolve issues and create a welcoming shopping experience.

You will support store operations, maintain displays, process transactions, and contribute to a clean, organized, and profitable environment. When on Lead Shift, you’ll help coordinate tasks and assist with opening and closing responsibilities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred.
• 0-2 years of relevant retail, customer service, or sales experience preferred.
• Prior retail sales experience is a plus.
• Lead Shift assignments experience is a plus for Lead Shift when scheduled.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and assist customers.
• Maintain merchandise presentation and organize stock.
• Handle transactions accurately at the register and process payments.
• Assist with lead shift duties when scheduled, coordinating tasks.
