Job summary

ALDI USA is seeking a store associate in Texas to assist customers, stock shelves, cashier, and keep the store clean and organized. You will work with the ALDI team to deliver a superb shopping experience and uphold our customer service standards.

Starting wage is $18.50 per hour with planned increases over the next years. This full-time role requires 30+ hours weekly and offers competitive benefits and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Prompt and courteous customer service.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and assist with inquiries.
• Operate POS to scan items and process purchases accurately.
• Stock shelves per merchandising planograms to maximize sales.
• Assist with curbside pickup orders and timely delivery to customers.
• Adhere to cash policies and loss-prevention procedures.
• Maintain store cleanliness and safety for customers and colleagues.
