ALDI USA is seeking a Store Associate to merchandise and stock products, cashier, and keep the store clean while delivering exceptional customer service. This full-time role offers 30+ hours per week with starting wage of $19.00 per hour and step increases in Years 2–5.

Qualifications

• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Ability to operate store equipment such as POS, cash registers, floor scrubber, pallet jacks.
• Ability to interpret ALDI operating policies and procedures.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbal.
• Ability to meet availability and attendance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise and stock products and follow merchandising planograms.
• Cashier duties using the POS system and accurate scanning.
• Assist customers and escalate concerns to management as needed.
• Maintain store cleanliness and safety in working environment.
• Open additional check lanes to ensure efficient checkout.
• Stock shelves and ensure inventory procedures are followed.
• Complete curbside pickup orders accurately and timely.
