Job summary

ALDI USA in Spring, TX is seeking enthusiastic part-time cashiers and stockers to join our store team. The cashier role provides friendly, efficient checkout service, while the stocker keeps shelves stocked and organized to ensure a great shopping experience.

Starting wage is $18.50 per hour with wage increases in years 2–5. Roles require availability, reliability, and the ability to work early mornings when needed.

Qualifications

• Must be able to perform duties with or without reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system for accurate checkout processing and report issues to management.
• Assist management in achieving operational efficiency and loss-prevention goals.
• Stock shelves and maintain merchandising standards per planograms.
• Support safety and housekeeping to maintain a clean, safe store.
• Handle curbside pickup orders accurately and on time.
