Qualifications

• Ability to effectively communicate with Customers, Associates and Store Leadership in a friendly, respectful manner.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations commonly used in retail environments.
• Ability to work Full-Time hours

Responsibilities

• Greets Customers and assists with merchandise and questions in a courteous, knowledgeable manner.
• Maintains a clean, organized store and follows company best practices for presentation.
• Operates registers, processes transactions, and handles cash with accuracy.
• Maintains safety on the sales floor and reports unsafe conditions to Store Leadership.
• Represents the Ross brand in interactions with Customers and Associates.
