Responsibilities

• Assist Customers at the register and with merchandise; answer questions politely and knowledgeably.
• Respond promptly to Customer service calls and escalate to Store Leadership when needed.
• Represent and support the Ross brand at all times.
• Perform cleaning tasks to maintain store appearance and hygiene per standards.
• Maintain professional appearance and follow dress code.
• Keep the store neat and well-merchandised per monthly guidelines.
• Expedite newly received merchandise to the sales floor with urgency and proper presentation.
• Follow MOS, loss prevention, and merchandise protection standards.
• Follow cash, check, card, and refund procedures with accuracy.
