Qualifications

• Effective communication with Customers, Associates and Store Leadership in a friendly, respectful, cooperative and pleasant manner.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations commonly used in retail environments.

Responsibilities

• Greet Customers with eye contact and a friendly demeanor to create a positive shopping experience.
• Assist Customers with merchandise and answer questions in a polite and knowledgeable manner.
• Maintain a clean, organized store environment and ensure proper merchandise presentation.
• Perform cleaning tasks and replenish restroom supplies as needed to keep areas tidy.
• Follow Loss Prevention awareness and MOS policies to protect assets and minimize shortages.
• Operate registers and handle cash, checks and refunds accurately and efficiently.
