Job summary

Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years of relevant retail sales and/or customer service experience.
In-store retail banking experience preferred but not required.
Demonstrated willingness to accept coaching and feedback to improve performance.
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work flexible or extended hours based on retail branch needs.

Responsibilities

Take personal responsibility for delivering strong retail performance by identifying customer needs and recommending appropriate banking solutions.
Act with accountability in achieving individual sales goals through proactive conversations, referrals, and marketing outreach both inside and outside the branch.
Demonstrate ownership in resolving customer inquiries or concerns at the first point of contact, utilizing internal partners as needed.
Maintain operational excellence through accurate transaction processing, account opening, and adherence to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
