Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; six months supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to read planograms and follow merchandise guides.
• Strong arithmetic and cash handling skills.
• Effective communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service leadership; greet and assist customers.
• Operate cash register, process payments, and assist with merchandise.
• Stock, restock and rotate merchandise; build displays.
• Keep the store clean; manage trash, floors, restrooms and stockroom.
• Open/close the store under Store Manager direction; cover in absence.
• Assist in implementation and maintenance of planograms.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Store Manager.
