Job summary

Central Network Retail Group LLC is seeking a Retail Salesperson in Louisiana to deliver outstanding customer service and assist customers with product selection. You will help maintain an organized sales floor, update displays, and process orders using the POS system.

The role emphasizes customer engagement, product knowledge, and adherence to store policies while contributing to sales goals and customer satisfaction. This is an hourly, on-site position in Marksville.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail sales or customer service.
• Strong math, reading, writing and speaking skills.
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs and climb a ladder if needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide friendly, helpful service.
• Assist customers in locating products and making purchasing decisions.
• Answer questions about merchandise, pricing, and promotions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked sales floor.
• Replenish inventory and organize displays as needed.
• Follow company policies and loss prevention practices.
• Open and close duties; handle complaints or escalate to management.
• Stay informed on new products, sales and store promotions.
