Central Network Retail Group, LLC (CNRG) is seeking a Retail Salesperson to deliver outstanding customer service, help customers select products, and keep the store looking inviting. You will play a key role in meeting sales goals and ensuring customer satisfaction.

The role requires ability to assist with opening and closing, stock shelves, answer questions about merchandise, pricing, and promotions, and maintain a clean, organized floor.

Qualifications

• Previous retail sales or general customer service experience.
• Strong math, reading, writing and speaking skills.
• Friendly demeanor and problem-solving ability.
• Must be able to lift up to 100 lbs and climb a ladder.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsabilités

• Greet customers and provide friendly, helpful service.
• Assist customers in locating products and making purchasing decisions.
• Answer questions about merchandise, pricing and promotions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked sales floor.
• Replenish inventory and organize displays.
• Follow all company policies including loss prevention.
• Assist with opening and closing duties.
• Handle customer complaints or escalate to a manager when necessary.
• Stay informed on new products, sales and promotions.
• Direct customers to appropriate products for their needs.
• Provide product knowledge and installation guidance as it relates to products sold by CNRG.
• Process sales orders and price lookups using POS.
• Assist in cycle counting and stock shelves.
• Submit pricing or description issues via CNRG Resource Center.
