Job summary

Central Network Retail Group, LLC (CNRG) seeks friendly sales associates to deliver outstanding customer service by listening to customers, identifying their needs and recommending products. You will greet shoppers, assist with selections and complete sales at the point of sale with accuracy.

This hourly role involves stocking, merchandising, loading assistance and upholding store safety standards while building customer confidence with product knowledge.

Qualifications

• Must have experience in retail sales or customer service.
• Strong math, reading, writing and speaking skills with a friendly demeanor.
• Ability to lift and load merchandise weighing up to 50 lbs and climb a ladder.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and listen to their needs to identify suitable products.
• Direct customers to products and provide product knowledge and technical assistance.
• Process sales orders, special orders and price lookups using POS systems.
• Merchandise shelves and maintain clean, organized selling areas.
• Assist with loading, cycle counting and stocking as needed.
• Notify regular customers about new products and promotions.
