Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of hardware merchandise and ability to lift up to 100 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide friendly service.
• Assist customers in locating products and making purchasing decisions.
• Answer questions about merchandise, pricing, and promotions.
• Operate the cash register, handle payments, and issue receipts.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked sales floor.
• Replenish inventory and organize displays as needed.
• Follow company policies and procedures, including loss prevention.
• Assist with opening and closing duties as required.
• Handle customer complaints or direct them to a manager when necessary.
• Stay informed on new products, sales, and store promotions.
