Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Smile and provide prompt, accurate and friendly service while engaging customers to create a positive shopping experience.
• Greet each customer and use their name whenever possible.
• Unload groceries from cart to belt and group items for bagging.
• Check the bottom of carts and under seats for items before completing an order.
• Scan orders and handle payments per standard practice.
• Follow cash handling procedures and overrides as needed.
• Identify customers needing assistance and offer to take orders to their car.
• Maintain clean front-end area and ensure proper signage and supplies.
