Granger Medical Clinic in West Valley City is hiring a full-time Patient Services Representative to serve as the front desk for multiple practices, including Internal Medicine, ENT, Neurology, Allergy, and Vision. The role requires compassion, strong communication, and a focus on excellent patient experiences.

The ideal candidate will have high school diploma or equivalent, customer service experience, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced medical office.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Previous medical billing/office experience is preferred but not required.
• Customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients at the front desk in a courteous manner.
• Answer telephones professionally.
• Schedule appointments per established procedures.
• Communicate with physicians, staff and patients about appointments and needs.
• Record demographic information for contact and insurance purposes.
• Other duties as assigned.
