Granger Medical Clinic is hiring a full-time Patient Services Representative Float. This role covers multiple Granger Medical Clinic locations throughout the Salt Lake Valley and includes mileage reimbursement.

The ideal candidate is confident, self-motivated, and dedicated to providing exceptional patient care and service. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential, with at least one year of office reception experience required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of one year of office reception experience required.
• Medical office experience preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients in a courteous, professional manner.
• Answer telephone calls promptly and professionally.
• Schedule patient appointments according to established procedures.
• Communicate professionally with physicians, clinic staff, and patients regarding appointment scheduling and needs.
• Accurately collect and record demographic information and process insurance billing for services.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Granger Medical Clinic has an immediate opening for a full-time Patient Services Representative Float. This position will provide coverage at various Granger Medical Clinic locations throughout the Salt Lake Valley, based on clinic needs. Mileage reimbursement is provided.

Overview

The ideal candidate is confident, self-motivated, compassionate, and dedicated to providing exceptional patient care and service. Patient Services Representatives play an important role in creating a positive experience for every patient and work closely with physicians, clinical teams, and support staff.

As the first point of contact for many of our patients, this role requires excellent communication, professionalism, organization, and customer service skills. Candidates must have at least one year of office reception experience; medical office experience is preferred.

Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week

Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities

• Excellent customer service, communication, multitasking, and organizational skills
• Strong typing and keyboarding skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and enjoy working with people
• Ability to read, understand, and communicate effectively in English
• Additional language skills are a plus; Spanish is preferred
